I'll reply to the items in your post worth commenting on. Your pulley is flawed. Has been since the day you released it. I don't care how many production runs you claim nor does it matter - the comsumer can simply measure the offset of their pulley using a ruler if they find it to be @ 20mm, great. If they find otherwise they will know that their belt is misaligned. In my book a 10% misalignment is significant. When there is simply not need for it to be there in the 1st place. Your defense of "prove to me its a problem" is typical. How about you prove to me that it's not off by 2+mm. If your parts where truely R&D'd you would have known this from the start. You can monitor all you want. I will test any AMS pulley that is currently in the hands of comsumers TODAY 11.30.09 - I speculate that they ALL will have this flaw. The HI pulley is made in the USA of light weight & strong T6061 Aluminum. Always has been. Ciao.
